Missouri Procurement Assistance Center (MO PAC), in conjunction with
the St. Louis Federal Executive Board's SADBOC, the Orange, Texas
Electronic Commerce Resource Center, and the Missouri Southeast State
University Small Business Development Center will be conducting two
exciting seminars for the small business owner in both St. Louis and
Cape Girardeau, MO. The morning session, marketing on the Internet will
reveal secrets for successful e-business ventures. Come here answers to
questions such as: "How can I use the Internet to increase sales and
decrease costs?" and "How do I place higher in search engine results?".
This session features a number of tips to help your online iniative
succeed. The afternoon session, basic web design for small business
owners demystifies HTML, breaking it down into easy to understand
concepts. A webpage is built from the ground up using free tools to
download from the Internet. Comments from previous attendees of these
seminars include "The instructor spoke in terms I could understand.
Great class!" and "I just paid $ 1,000 to have a consultant deliver the
exact same advice!". The St. Louis Seminar will take place on Tuesday,
July 20th at the St. Louis Training Center. The Cape Girardeau Seminar
will follow on Wednesday, July 21st at Missouri Southeast State
