The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has a requirement for the following commercial services: The Contractor shall provide facilities, labor and material for development and presentation of a Liquid Propulsion System Familiarization Training Course. The course will give DTRA Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START) inspectors and escorts a basic knowledge and familiarization of U.S. and Russian liquid rocket motor propulsion systems. The course shall be approximately 24 hours in length (over three days) with up to ten students per course. The contractor must possess a facility clearance at the SECRET level. An indefinite quantity contract is anticipated with a maximum of four courses in the base year and each of four option years. An existing liquid propulsion familiarization course that can be modified to meet the DTRA requirement is preferred.
