The Army requires a firm fixed price construction contract to furnish all plant, labor, materials and perform all operations required with "CONSTRUCT MISCELLANEOUS PARKING LOTS, HUNTER ARMY AIRFIELD, GEORGIA", complete in strict accordance with specifications and drawings. The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to the following items: (1) Contractor shall complete all demolition and site work as shown on the drawings and specifications; (2) Contractor shall construct a parking lot to include fill and compaction, base course, asphalt, curb and gutter, striping, erosion control and grassing as shown in the drawings and specifications; (3) All materials removed is the property of the Contractor and shall be disposed of off of Government property to include, vegetation, rocks, trash and garbage; and (4) All fill material shall come from off of Government property and shall meet specifications.
