The work includes but is not limited to; providing slab-on-grade construction with wood framing, vinyl siding and asphalt shingles on hip roof and providing all utilities, major spaces within the building are a laboratory, plant-growth room, and insect rearing room, building will also contain two offices, restroom with shower, cooler and storage space.
