The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to the following: (1) Contractor shall construct Parking Lots as shown to include demolition, drainage structures, erosion control and sitework; (2) Contractor shall install exterior lighting as shown; (3) Contractor shall inform the COR in writing 15 days before work is to begin; and (4) Contractor shall submit a safety plan to the COR prior to beginning work.
