Construct riding stables includes, but not limited to, construct two pre-manufactured metal boarding stables with paddock fencing to include 22 stalls and 2 indoor tack storage rooms; dismantle existing and construct two new community corrals; steel horse pipe fencing and gates at Community Corrals; water and electric service line extensions to site; drainage improvements to detention pond; new gravel road and parking areas; and heat detectors and communications connection to existing fire alarm panel. Includes tree removal. Bid additive items includes electric baseboard heat in one tack room; upgrade existing arena fencing area; new steel round pen; new tack storage building at community corrals; CDOT class 5 aggregate gravel surface course on roadway and parking; and CDOT class 12 riprap at two locations. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform work. The performance period is 65 days for administration time and procurement of materials and 60 days on-site construction. Contract type will be firm fixed price. The estimated construction magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.00. The resultant contractor will be permitted storage on-site in a pre-designated contractor storage yard.
