RIVER, WINCHESTER BAY, OR. Furnish all labor material and equipment
necessary to Remove existing and install new windows at Station Umpqua
River. Work includes but is not limited to the following: A) Remove
and dispose of designated existing exterior, single pane aluminum frame
windows in the Station Building and prepare for installation of new
casement windows B) Install new thermal break, aluminum frame,
insulated glass, casement windows and insect screen in existing
openings C) Touch-up paint window perimeter and trim around new
installed casement windows D) Provide final clean-up and wash new
windows. Drawings and specifications can be obtained on a first come,
first served basis, at no charge. ONLY WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR

Estimated Range is $25,000 and $100,000.00. The performance period is
60 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The procurement is
subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and
is open to large and small business participation. The applicable SIC
code is 1793. Small business size standard is $7.0 million. THIS IS AN
UNRESTRICTED ACQUISITION BEING SOLICITED AND ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES

Small and Disadvantage Business Utilization) has programs to assist
