Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, equipment, tools and labor required to perform the work necessary to complete Replace Service Feeders at Elmendorf AFB, Alaska in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. Work consists of but is not limited to: Remove and replace power plant feeder cables, surge arresters, and solid disconnects on feeders No. 23, 32, and 34 from the power plant breaker to the overhead lines as shown on the drawings. The disconnects are to be replaced with gang operated load break switches Remove and replace power plant feeder cables and surge arresters on feeders No. 21, 22, and 33 from the power plant breaker to the overhead line switches as shown on the drawings. Magnitude is between $250,000.00 -- $500,000.00. Performance period is 180 calendar days. Solicitation will be available on or about 27 Jul 99 with a closing date of 25 Aug 99. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Specifications and drawings will be available on CD ROM only. Format of the specifications is Adobe Acrobat Word 6.0. The drawings are Source View Reader. There is no cost for the package.
