provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision
and disposal necessary to construct a garage addition consisting of a
preengineered metal building with reinforced concrete footings,
foundations, and floor slab. A second floor mezzanine shall be provided
constructed of steel form deck with concrete topping supported by steel
framing members. Overhead doors and personnel doors shall be provided
at east and west ends of building. Other work and building features
include the following: provide gas fired heating units, air
conditioning, electrical building distribution and power and lighting,
providing an overhead monorail crane with a 2 ton capacity, 2 stage
air compressor system; construct/repair all roadwork and parking areas
associated with the garage, and incidental related work at the U. S.
Coast Station Point Allerton, Hull, MA. The estimated cost of this
