maintenance dredging of approximately 110,000 cubic yards of sand,
gravel and cobbles from the entrance channel, boat basin (including
Coast Guard deck area) and settling basin. Re-dredging of shoaled
material after winter runoff will be required in the entrance channel
(except at the mouth of the river) and boat basin. Dredging will be
done between September 15, 1999 and March 15, 2000. AVAILABILITY: This
Solicitation will be issued as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on CD-Rom
format only. EBS CD-ROM disks with plans and specs available on or
about 21 July 1999 at no charge per set. EBS CD-ROM disks will be
issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted.
No phone requests accepted. Refer to IFB Number DACW67-99- B-0055 when
ordering. Requests MUST BE IN WRITING and be received before bid

include if you are a Prime, Sub or Plans Room. EBS CD-ROMs may be
picked up from the Plans Room Monday thru Friday between the hours of
7:30 AM and 3:30 PM. Submit requests by 14 July 1999. Estimated dollar
value is in the range of $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00 and completion
period is 150 calendar days. Standard Industrial Classification Code is
1629. Project is open to both large and small business. *If you are a
large business and your bid or proposal will exceed $1,000,000 you will
be required to submit a subcontracting plan. *For the purposes of this
procurement a concern is considered a small business if its average
