This procurement will NOT be a total small business set-aside, but available for full and open competition. SIC Codes 1521,1522, 1541 & 1542. The Veterans Affairs Medical Center is requesting bids for a multi-discipline (general, electrical and mechanical), multiple-year maintenance, repair and minor construction task order contract. Task orders may be issued for a period of one (1) calendar year from date of contract award, with four one year renewal options. The guaranteed minimum for the base year as well as each awarded option year is $100,000.00. The contract cumulative ceiling for base year, including all awarded option years is $10 million. Individual task orders will be a minimum of $2,500.00 and may not exceed a maximum of $3 million, within the base or any awarded option year. All work will be performed in accordance with the contents of each negotiated task order and the terms and conditions of the contract. This procurement is subject to the availability of funds. Estimated bid opening date is August 30, 1999.
