This project shall include, but is not limited to a one-million gallon, covered storage reservoir enclosed by a chain link fence, reservoir inflow and outflow pipelines, irrigation system through the golf course, irrigation pump station, electrical work to pump house, and incidental related work. The site of work contemplated under this project is located on Hickam AFB in the state of Hawaii. The total performance period for the contract will be 290 calendar days. This project is unrestricted for construction SIC code 1623. The estimated cost of construction is between $1 million and $5 million. This solicitation will be issued on or about 2 Aug 1999.
