Provide feed grain, No. 2 Barley from the 1999 growing season with a test weight of not less than 50 pounds per bushel and no more than 14% moisture. Contamination of dirt, straw and other foreign matter will not exceed 3% per ton. USDA, ARS reserves the right to perform random sampling through the delivery period. 100 ton of the grain selected shall be delivered to the USDA/ARS Mud Lake Feedlot at Mud Lake, Idaho between October 26, 1999 and November 30, 1999. 85 ton of the grain selected shall be delivered to the U. S. Sheep Experiment Station Headquarters, 7 miles north of Dubois, Idaho, between September 2, 1999 and October 1, 1999 as space in the grain bin becomes available. The contractor will be required to make several deliveries to each location. Deliveries shall be for a minimum of 30 tons. The Contractor may be required to store the grain selected until the end of the delivery period at no additional cost to the government.
