PUBLIC NOTICE...Sponsorship and Partnership opportunities are available for the upcoming Summer Concert "Three Dog Night" on Friday, August 13, 1999. Food and beverage concessions available, advertising opportunities, and much more. Available at Naval Weapons Station, Seal Beach, Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Department, hereinafter referred to as "Fund", Quality of LIfe (QOL) Department (Code 08). The MWR/QOL Department offers another way for companies to advertise their product or services with the Navy to enhance their visability. Fund shall (1) provide adequate professional staff to plan, organize, promote, conduct, and evaluate special events, (ii) provide an endorsement disclaimer at the event, (iii) Recognize Sponsor on the day of the special event, (iv) other promotional tie-ins available. Sponsor responsibilities in exchange for promotional tie-ins with the events, Sponsor will (i) sign Sponsorship Agreement for the Special Event, (ii) Provide/Receive passes for special event(s) agreed by the Fund. Neither the Sponsor nor the Fund shall have the right to use in any way the corporate or trade name, trademark(s), service mark(s), logo(s), or other identification of the other party without their prior written consent.
