This requirement will support research projects that attempt to find new ways to integrate computer-based management tools and provide a framework for integrated systems which incorporate the latest in human-computer interface advances while minimizing the technical requirements of the user. The requirement will be solicited on an unrestricted, full and open competitive basis. Award of an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract, with cost plus fixed fee completion orders, for a base period with four option periods is anticipated.
