The Standard Industrial Classification is 7372. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-11. Western Area Power Administration, SNR is looking for Cyco Software, AutoManager Workflow 5.0. Salient characteristics include: a Y2K compliant Windows based engineering drawing management software system; to include customization, installation, & conversion ofpresent database. Present database at Western is FoxPro 2.5 for DOS. Present server environment at Western is Novell Network version 4.11. The application must link to an electronic AutoCad drawing file. Must provide security/control of CAD files. Provide automatic revision and numbering assignment, update records from title block attributes, provide viewing of files at workstations and tracking of drawing status. Ability to update/change records globally. Ability to produce reports (i.e., invoice reports, labels, drawing information for records selected by user). Provide for multi-user access. Ability to post information to SNR's internal web page. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Western Area Pwr Admin, 114 Parkshore Dr., Folsom, CA 95630 approximately 8 weeks after receipt of order. The Goernment intends to award a Firm-Fixed price contract IAW FAR Part 12 of FAR (Acquisition of Commercial Items). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through FAC 97-11. The following clauses are incorporated into this solicitation: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items, Technical capability of the items offered to meet the Government's need. Price, past performance, and the ability to meet Western's needs (Technical) shall be used to evaluate offers.
