The purpose of the project is to review and provide a written critique of 80 rural telemedicine business plans sent by telemedicine grantees. The contractor shall then provide recommendations to the grantees as to how to best develop a sound financial plan that will allow them to achieve sustainability upon termination of federal funds including attention to organizational, business, and financial objectives and strategic plans specifically for telemedicine technologies. The contractor shall also develop business plan templates for FY 2000 rural telemedicine grant cycle.
