These locations are General Grant's National Memorial (Grant's Tomb)and Hamilton Grange National Monument. Both of these are located in the boro of Manhattan in New York City. The service will be 365 days a year at the Grant Memorial and three days per week (Friday-Sunday) at Hamilton Grange. The offeor will be evaluated on the following competency critera: 1)Performace record for the past five years including all New York State Security Act Requirements. 2)Work with city, federal and nonprofit organizations 3)Experience in providing security services to agencies that serve the public in residental communities. 4)Management and Supervisory experience. and 5)Demonstration of Finicial Solvency.
