83 -- B-2 SHELTER SYSTEM Presolicitation Conference Synopsis The Air Armament Center's Air Base Systems Program Office (AAC/WMO) plans to issue a Request for Proposal on or about 4 Aug 99, for a shelter system to accommodate low observable (LO) aircraft maintenance on the B-2 air vehicle when forward deployed. A pre-solicitation conference and one-on-ones are scheduled for 28-30 July 99 and will include discussion of the solicitation's terms and conditions, System Performance Specification (SPS), and questions and answers. If questions arise that may potentially change the solicitation, it will be discussed with all attendees. Questions not answered during the one-on-one discussions will be answered in writing to the individuals that submitted those questions.
