Training must be conducted during two, 14-day sessions, with 20-25 attendees per session. Training facility location must be within a 25 mile radius of USSOUTHCOM Headquarters, 3511 NW 91st Ave, Miami, FL 33172. Contractor must provide all personnel, facilities, supplies, equipment, tools, materials, services, and support necessary to perform the specified Law Enforcement training, in accordance with standards, tasks, and conditions of Field Circular 19-138, as required by Army Regulation 190-56.
