CHETCO RIVER, BROOKINGS, OR. Furnish all labor material and equipment
necessary to Rehab the galley and renovate the toilet room of the
Station Building at Station Chetco River. Work includes but is not
limited to the following: A) Replacing the plastic laminate cabinets in
the galley with new stainless steel cabinets. B) Replacing an existing
plugged floor drain with a new drain and line. C) Replacing quarry
tile floor in the galley area with new quarry tile. D) Replacing the
galley range. E) Renovating the toilet room for Uniform Federal
Accessibility Standards (UFAS) Compliance; and F) Prepping, priming and
painting new and existing wall and ceiling surfaces in the galley,
toilet room and adjacent corridor. Drawings and specifications can be
obtained on a first come, first served basis, at no charge. ONLY

performance period is 60 calendar days after receipt of Notice to
Proceed. The procurement is subject to the Small Business
Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small
business participation. The applicable SIC code is 1542. Small business
size standard is $17.0 million. THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED ACQUISITION
BEING SOLICITED AND ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES ARE ENCOURAGED TO RESPOND.

Department of Transportation (DOT Office of Small and Disadvantage
Business Utilization) has programs to assist minority, women owned and
disadvantaged business enterprises to acquire short-term working
capital and bonding assistance for transportation-related contracts.
Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at
prime interest rates up to $500,000 per contract to provide accounts
