Lines shall be place one at a time so that disruption to fueling activities is kept to a minimum. The fuel fills shall be modified to make them hydrant fills instead of drop fills. Government-owned electric power and water systems are available for use. This will be a firm fixed-price contract. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The project is unrestricted. The standard industrial code for this acquisition is 1711. The size standard for a small business concern, including its affiliates, is average sales or receipts for the three preceding fiscal years, not to exceed $7 million.
