E-MAIL: Contract Specialist, rappr@emh2.campbell.army.mil. Anticipated Issue Date: 7/21/99. Construct a mock-up for a C-17 and C-130 Aircraft Facility. Construction is primarily wood framing with a concrete ramp. The front portion of the mock-up is extended out to provide a storage room. Fiberglass panels are extended completely around the mock-up. An electrically-operated winch is installed in the mock-up. The winch is single-phase, and located int he storage room at the fron of the mock-up. Winch capacity is 15,000 lbs. Site lighting and paved access road are required. Sitework is also a part of the project. Performance period for Line Item 0001 is 150 calendar days for Line Item 0002 is 150 calendar days and for Line Item 0003 is 240 calendar days. Project range for this project is $500,000 to $1,000,000. This project is 100% set-aside for Small Business. For the purose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1542 for t his acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceeding three fiscal years must not exceed $17 million.
