Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supplies necessary to perform landscaping services at Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Michigan. Services required will included, but are not limited to: tree and stump removal; tree and shrub species recommendation; tree and shrub planting; tree and shrub fertilization program; tree and shrub pruning/trimming; ornamental planting bed preparation; ground preparation for sod, seed and hydro-seed; mature tree transplanting; application of herbicides; cleanup and disposal of debris. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 0782, size standard is $5.0 million. Solicitation will be issued as a commercial Request for Proposal (RFP). Award of performance based, multiple award (up to four vendors), IDIQ, Task Order Contracts (TOCs) is contemplated. A detailed Statement of Work will be available in the solicitation package. Subsequent task orders will be issued on a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) basis. The period of performance will be one (1) year from the date of contract award, with an option to extend one (1) additional year.
