a 2,100 square foot addition to the second floor of the
Multipurpose/Administration Building at Activities San Diego. This
space will provide the secure communication suite for the Joint
Activities Command Center. Facility modifications include upgrade of
building power utilities, structural modification to the building for
seismic purposes and handicap access modifications. New construction
will include, HVAC system, emergency generator, raised computer
flooring and grounding system, Clean agent fire suppression system,
intrusion detection and CCTV system, and telecommunication
infrastructure. Estimated construction range is $750,000 to $1 million.
Contract duration is 270 calendar days. This solicitation is issued
under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Offers

will be available approximately 20 days after issuance of this notice.
