Z -- REPLACE BUILDING FEEDER, PHASE 2C(B) SOL 541-102-99 DUE 082599 POC Jeanelle Wright, (440) 838-6091 The Louis Stokes Cleveland, Dept. of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 10000 Brecksville Road, Brecksville, Ohio 44141 wishes to procure construction services for Project #99-1070 entitled, Replace Building Feeders, Phase 2C(B). Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supplies, etc., necessary to accomplishg all work as indicated on the specifications and drawings. Work includes, but is not limited to excavation and grading earthwork to include temporary roadways; furnish and install new 4160 substation, new electrical ductbanks/conduit system, including new manholes and their associated drains. Contractor shall install new electrical feeder cables including all termination, splices and groundings. Contractor shall conduct testing of the elctrical system, restore all roadways, grounds. Contractor shall remove all copper cables and return to VAMC for salvaging. This project requires the work to be performed in multiple phases in accordance with VAMC specs and drawings, OSHA, NEC, NFPA, andJCAHO requirements. Time to complete this project is 365 calendar days. Cost range is betwen $2,000,000.00 -$5,000,000.00. This project is a 100% small business set aside.
