Overlay station roads and parking areas with ID-2 Bituminous Surface Course. Install new storm drainage piping associated with the repair of a station parking lot. Re-grade and stabilize drainage swales and perform roadside restoration and incidental related work. Also, repair and replace concrete channel as shown in the drawings. Contractor must keep a lane open to traffic at ALL TIMES. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of CD-ROM and the Internet on 02 August 1999.
