Box 1093, Wagoner, OK 74467, or approved equal. Work consists of removing and disposing of existing wood shakes, replacement of waterproofing and all metal flashing, repair or replace damaged gutters, replacement of any deteriorated roof decking, and installation of new roofing on the Elk Creek Visitor Center and the Elk Creek Administration Building at Elk Creek, approximately 15 miles west of Gunnison, Colorado. The Visitor Center is a two story building with a roof perimeter of approximately 285 feet, a clerestory, concealed gutters and roof pitches of 4/12 and 6/12. The Administration Building is a single story building with a roof perimeter of approximately 304 feet and pitch of 3.25/12 with a number of roof mounted pieces of mechanical equipment. The contractor will be permitted only one approach to the Visitor Center and two approaches to the Administration Building. Public access to the buildings shall be maintained with only short breaks.
