Requirements type contract for blood typing, antibody screen and syphilis screen blood test reagents and equipment, Immucor or equal, for delivery to the Camp Memorial Blood Center at Fort Knox, Kentucky during the period 1 October 1999 through 30 September 2000 with four one-year option periods. Test kits shall be licensed by the FDA for use in blood donor center/processing operations. The Contractor shall provide all consumable supplies, test reagents, quality control material, laboratory equipment, equipment maintenance, technical assistance, and training necessary to perform automated testing of the following tests: Blood typing (ABO/Rh), Antibody Screen (Pooled), and Syphilis Screen. Estimated yearly quantities are as follows: Capture R Ready Screen Pooled (66 kits), Capture Syphilis (66 kits), Anti-A Series 1 (1X10ml) (1 kit), Anti-A Series 1 (10X10ml) (7 kits), Anti-B Series 1 (1X10ml) (1 kit), Anti-B Series 1 (10X10ml) (7 kits), Anti-D Series 4 (1X10ml) (1 kit), Anti-D Series 4 (10X10ml) (7 kits), A1 and B Reference Cells (2X10ml) (26 kits), HDS Strips (1X5plate) (83 kits).
