This software provides a modeling environment that predicts Computer, LAN, WAN, performance through discrete-event simulation without programming. The IRS has a requirement for software that can analyze and model the current and evolving telecommunications environment. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirement at prices, terms and conditions equal to or better than those which can be provided by CACI Products Company, should submit clear and convincing data in writing substantiating an ability to furnish the entire requirement. Responses to this notice must be received by this office within 5 days of the date of publication of this synopsis.
