These regulations are regionally formatted to ease in finding applicable regulations. This subcription comes both in hard copy format and electronic format. These regulations require the following supplements: General Supplements, Administrative Supplement which are nationwide regulations. However there are several other supplements which are regionally based: North East & Middle Atlantic, South Atlantic Carribean & Gulf of Mexico, Pacfic, North Pacfic & West Pacific. See Numbered Note 22. This proposed procurement is to procure subcription service for updates to Federal Fisheries Regulations for which the government intends to solict and negotiate on a sole source basis with Jonathan Publishing Company, 3939 Bee Caves Road< suite 200, Austin, TX 78746-6429.
