The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire, through full and open competition, maintenance services of various Government-owned Computer System Equipment, located at the Naval Air Station, Joint Reserve Base, Willow Grove, Pennsylvania; Naval Air Facility, Washington, DC; Naval Air Station, Atlanta, Georgia, and Naval Air Station, Joint Reserve Base, Fort Worth, Texas. Services are required to support the Naval Reserve Information Systems Office, New Orleans, Louisiana. Services are required for a twelve-month base period, to commence 1 October 1999, with option provisions for four consecutive twelve-month option periods. Remedial and preventive maintenance services are required. FAR Part 12, Commercial Item Procedures, and FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. A firm-fixed price contract is intended.
