The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport intends to award a five-year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Cost-Plus-Award-Fee type contract to Lockheed Martin Tactical Defense Systems pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source. The contract is a partial follow-on to NAVSEA N00024-96-D-5215 which was awarded to Lockheed Martin. The contract will include Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF) term and completion task orders for services related to the NSS/SECR Program. Task orders will be issued for program management, engineering management, software engineering support, material, and services in support of the following NSS/SECR products: 1.)Tactical Embedded Computer Systems Hardware including AN/UYK-43-32-bit Tactical Embedded Computer System, AN/UYK-44-16-bit Tactical Embedded Computer System, AN/UYK-7-32-bit Tactical Embedded Computer System, AN/UYK-20-16-bit Tactical Embedded Computer System, AN/UYK-14-16 Tactical Embedded Computer System, MIL-STD-1750A-16 bit Tactical Embedded Computer System. 2.)
