DESC: The Defense Energy Support Center (DESC) is soliciting proposals on a full and open competitive basis to award a contract for Management and Support Services for an Aviation Into-plane Reimbursement (AIR) Card for Government-wide use. The AIR Card is a commercial purchase/credit card base program for aviation fuel/related products and ancillary services. It is a vehicle which allows Military Services, Federal Civilian Agencies and State and Local-Drug Enforcement Agencies the ability to receive these services. The contractor will be expected to use existing technology and commercially available services to process large numbers of retail fuel transactions and provide detailed transaction data. Contractor will be responsible for integrating their processes with the Defense Energy Support Center Fuels Automated System (FAS). The contract period is for a two (2) year base period plus three (3) one year options.
