The contractor shall provide Property Inspection/Special Property Inspection Services for assigned HUD-controlled Single Family properties. The SPI shall inspect and report to HUD the physical condition of the properties under the management of the Management and Marketing (M&M) contractor(s). The geographic areas covered by this solicitation are for properties within the jurisdiction of the Atlanta Homeownership Center for the following areas: Chicago, Illinois, Columbia, South Carolina, Greensboro, North Carolina, Indianapolis, Indiana, Knoxville, Tennessee, Louisville, Kentucky and Nashville, Tennessee. A Fixed-Priced Indefinite-Quanity contract is contemplated. One or more contracts may be awarded. The contract period will be a one-year base period, with four one-year options.
