The work consists of construction of a new family housing neighborhood including the construction of 312 family housing units. Project will be constructed in two phases. Phase I will have 142 units and Phase II has 170 units. Buildings will be duplex with attached garages and will be two-story. Supporting facilities include parking, concrete pavement, sidewalks, water, sewer, electrical service, storm drainage, erosion control measures and landscaping. Project also includes the demolition of multiple housing buildings and existing infrastructure within the site of the project. Demolition of existing structures will involve removal of asbestos containing materials. Options will be included in the contract consisting of 6 to 10 family housing units. Estimated cost range of this project is $25,000,000.00 to $50,000,000.00. Network Analysis System will be required.
