Miscellaneous interior repairs to two (2) dormitories including but not limited to: new floor coverings (vinyl and carpet): wall finishes with details; demolition of existing and installation of new restroom fixtures including showers, laboratories, cabinets, and details, receptacles, panels and lighting; TV cable; entrance doors; closets; suspended ceilings: gypsum ceilings; signage; and windows. Bid documents are available on or about 9 July 1999. Estimated cost of work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Requests for plans and specifications shall indicate in writing whether firm will bid as a prime contractor or a subcontractor. Unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. All bid forms, bid bonds, and other normal documents required for the bid submittal, including amendments to the bid submittal, shall be in paper medium.
