The work of this contract consists of the general construction of the demolition and removal of existing concrete driveway and construct new widening concrete driveway. Remove existing 10ft wide,6" thick concrete driveway and disposed of same outside park's boundary. Existing utilities are buried in the area of widening and demolition. Contractor shall locate and identify existing buried utilities prior to any ground excavation and disturbance. Contractor shall install new 12'wide, 6"thick with road welded wired steel mate with 12"wide and 12"deep footing on each side. Remove and clean existing concrete surface and install road welded wire steel mat with concrete overlay of 3"thick. Install 2" widening of 6"thick with 12" deep and 12" wide footing on each side of existing driveway. Excavate and install new 12' wide and 6" thick concrete ramp with road welded wire steel mat. End of ramp shall be 3" below the existing grade. New concrete driveway surface shall have broom finished with control joints at 10ft on center and expansion joints of 1"x6" CCA pressured treated timber at 20 ft on center.
