Performance time is 196 calendar days. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary for the alteration and repair of base fencing at Charleston AFB, SC. The work includes, but is not limited to Construction of new 7' high brown PVC coated chain link security fence with 3- strand barbed-wire top along Taxiway "K" at the southeastern end of facility near Hazardous Cargo Storage Area. Replace existing 3-strand barbed-wire fence with new 3-strand barbed-wire fence. Removal of misc. materials and clearing. Replace existing 6' high galvanized chain link fence with new 7' high(brown PVC coated) chain link fence with 3-strand barbed-wire fence. Removal of misc. materials with new 7', Removal of misc. materials and clearing. SIC CODE 1799 The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted.
