Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, supplies and supervision necessary to complete JFSD 990060, 990061 and 990062, Repair Base Pavements, Construct Base Pavements and Repair Military Family Pavements at Grand Forks AFB, ND in strict accordance with the Technical Provisions and drawings for this project. Principal features include new construction and repair of existing base pavement to include PCC and ACC streets, curb and gutter, and sidewalks. The resultant contract will be a requirements contract with delivery orders/calls being issued as needs and funding become available. The duration of the contract will be 365 days from Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This action is being issued unrestricted. All contractors MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database or their proposal will not be considered.
