Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, supplies and supervision necessary to complete JFSD 990037, Fencing Requirements Contract at Grand Forks AFB, ND in strict accordance with the Technical Provisions and drawings for this project. Principal features include removal of existing base perimeter four-strand wire fence to be replaced with vinyl coated 8' chain link fence. Install/replace chain link fence at various locations on the main base and housing areas. The resultant contract will be a requirements contract with delivery orders/calls being issued as needs and funding become available. The duration of the contract will be 365 days from Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This action is being issued unrestricted. All contractors MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database or their proposal will not be considered.
