This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement is for a fixed priced contract. Request is for item 0001. Quantity 3 each . Boiler, 30 horsepower .Series 45 three pass compact; to be Hurst Model #S45-G-30-30W or equal. Specifications are as follows; rating: 1004 MBH gross output, MAWP: 30PSIG. Boiler to be built to Manufacturer specifications and with the following:Boiler to assembled with two (2) float type of low water devices (McDonnell & Miller Model #63) one auto reset and second manual reset. Low water devices are to be prepiped and prewired to boiler. Fuel gas train is to be assembled and wired to boiler. Burner firing sequence shall be on-off principle. Factory standard supplied water boiler trims/equipment and two (2) copies of each ASME Manufacturer's data report sheets & owners/operational manuals are to be shipped with the boiler. Boiler stack outlet (stack connection) should be on top side of flue box. Boiler control panel is to be mounted on right side of boiler when viewed from boiler front. Flame safeguard controller will be Honeywell Series RM7800L-1012 with infrared flame detector without expanded annunciator and be shipped with the boiler. Available electrical power will be 120 volts, single phase, 60 cycle for boiler motor and boiler control circuits.
