mckinney@mail1.monmouth.army.mil. Optic Cell Assembly -- This is a
market survey to locate potential sources of supply for an Optic Cell
Assembly manufactured in accordance with Mil-PRF-49366 and SM-D-850320.
The Government intends to purchase 285 units to support the AN/PVS-4,
Night Vision Sight, Individual Served Weapon. The effective focal
length of the objective shall be 95mm, lmm. The flange focal distance
shall be 1.20mm, 0.50mm. The T-number of the objective shall not be
greater than T/1.70 measured with an S-20 extended red (ER)
photomultiplier tube and a 2854, 200 Kelvin (K) light source. The
linear distortion of the objective shall be less than 2 percent
pincushion at the edge of the 25mm format. The field of view of the
objective shall be a minimum of 253 milliradians when measured across
a 25mm format. Any interested sources must send technical information

production history, available test data, schedule availability, and

07703. Contractors shall also include information on any open DOD
contractual vehicles for the subject equipment, to include GSA
schedules, and they must identify critical non-standard/sole source
