D -- GPS MODEL FOR ANALYSIS AND INTELLIGENCE SUPPORT SOL n00015990031 DUE 072399 POC Patty Mason, Purchasing Agent 301 669-4044 The Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI)intends to award a sole source contract to The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc. located in Cambridge, MASS to requires a model to analyzes foreign jammer capabilities against GPS-based weapons and weapon system. The model must display the dynamics of Precision Guided Monitors (PGM) flight and GPS satellites connectivity as it approaches a target surrounded by GPS jammers. In addition, the model must provide the capability to analyze and display GPS receiver Jammer=to-Signal Rations (JSR), Antenna Array Improvement, Code Loop Signal to Noise Ratio, Min/Max Jammer Gain for each GPS associated satellities, and an adaptive gain contour plot. The model must also provide the capability to easily change the quantity, location, and characteristics of the jammer(s) configuration. The model must also contain various GPS receivers and antenna design options. Finally, the model must include the effects of a coupled INS/GPS system. All of these capabilities must be provided in a user-friendly environment for use by an unskilled model operator. ONI and it customers require this tool to analyze foreign jammer capabilities against GPS. this tool will be used for analysis in DODIP publication and in other ONI-produced the assessment and intelligence supports.
