This requirement is for the acquisition of safety and environmental sample analysis and reporting for the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division. This requirement represents a commercial item and is being processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Sample analysis and reporting is required in the areas of volatiles, semi-volatiles, metals, PCBs, pesticides); inorganics, low level mercury, hexavalent chromium, cyanide, nitroaromatics, explosives, and petroleum contaminants. This acquisition is for a five-year period. Participation for this requirement is open to all laboratories currently contracted under the EPA's Contract Laboratory Program or capable of providing services required by the CLP program to support several environmental programs including, but not limited to, CERCLA, RCRA, NPDES (VPDES) Appendix A, QA/QC split sampling, and low level mercury analysis. All deliveries are to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, Virginia 22448-5100. All responsible offerors are encouraged to submit a proposal that will be considered.
