Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has an Indefinite
Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement for the transportation
and destruction of PCB-contaminated transformers (and the dielectric
coolant fluids contained therein) located on-site at the NIST facility
in Gaithersburg, Maryland. A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) will be
provided in the solicitation package. Subsequent task orders will be
issued on a Firm-Fixed-Price basis. The period of performance is
anticipated to be one year from date of contract award, with the option
to extend for four additional one-year periods. All responsible sources
are invited to submit a proposal which will be considered by the
agency. The solicitation document will be issued on or about 23 July
