ADVANCE PLANNING BRIEFING FOR INDUSTRY (APBI) US Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command, Research Development and Engineering Center, (TACOM-ARDEC), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. Advance Planning Briefing for Industry (APBI)-The U.S. Army TACOM-ARDEC will present an APBI on July 28, 1999 at Picatinny Arsenal, Dover, NJ. The purpose will be to provide a target industry/government/academia audience with an overview and update of major technology programs, addressing those areas with opportunities for industry partners. The agenda will include specific briefings that will present military technology base and development programs and associated acquisition opportunities. In addition to opportunity briefings by TACOM-ARDEC major Centers, the Program Executive Officer for Ground Combat Support Systems and the TACOM Project Managers' Office will focus on opportunities in their specific areas. The agenda will also address "dual use" opportunities, technology transfer, CRADA's, SBIR's and Patents, areas where ARDEC is looking for teaming arrangements to jointly develop technologies that have commercial as well as military applications.
