The United States Agency for International Development (USAID)Mission to Guyana is seeking applications from qualified organizations and institutions with the requisite capability and experience to conduct a program in support of a More Responsive and Participatory Governance and Rule of Law in Guyana. Subject to the availability of funds, USAID/Guyana anticipates providing up to $7,250,000 in funding to be allocated over a five (5) year period. USAID intends to award one (1) Cooperative Agreement. The Recipient may engage in sub-grantees in the implementation of this program in order to fully meet the broad range of technical expertise required by the five results packages in the Strategic Objective. RFA No. 504-99-002 for this requirement will be available on or about July 9, 1999.
