Work consists of but is not limited to; a)demolition, removing wall paper, floor coverings, walls for installation of new door, minor electrical removal & installation; b) installing new finish woodwork and trim consisting of, but not limited to; c) painting of walls, doors, & trim, wallpapering, wainscoting, chair rails; d) installing carpet, vinyl floor tiles, stair treads, stair nosing, & vinyl cove base; e) installing new 20 minute fire door with frame and window, & minor electrical work; f) removal of existing countertops & installation of new countertops and; g) site cleanup & final inspection by COTR. The specified work will be done at USCG Air Station Cape Cod, Air Station Cape Cod, MA 02542-5024. A payment bond will be required prior to commencement. SIC code for this project is 1542. Contract commencement and completion dates shall be established at the Pre-Construction meeting. Solicitation packages will be available from 07/13/99 to 08/12/99 at a cost of $47.90, plus $2.40 tax for a total of $50.30. UPS is $7.50 additional for a total of $57.80.
