NASA Langley Research Center plans to issue a IFB for Modifications to the Weather Enclosure at Building 1256, Combined Loads Test Facility, (COLTS), West Area, of the NASA Langley Research Center, Hampton, VA. The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to the following: -- Providing and installing roof exhaust fans -- Providing and installing wall louvers -- Providing and installing an air-conditioning/heating unit with associated piping The order of magnitude for the procurement is $100,000 to $250,000 and the effort shall be completed within 150 calendar days after notice to proceed. The SIC Code and small business size standard for this procurement are 1711 and 7M, respectively. The anticipated release date of the IFB is on or about July 26, 1999 with an anticipated offer closing date of on or about August 26, 1999.
